Starting your own business? ING will reimburse the cost of your CBE registration via an accredited business counter

ING is lowering the barriers to entrepreneurship by reimbursing the cost of mandatory CBE registration and working together with accredited business counters

Brussels - Starting a business in Belgium is now more affordable. Subject to certain conditions[1], ING will reimburse the mandatory registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) for new entrepreneurs who set up their business via accredited business counters. With this initiative, the bank aims to lower the barriers to entrepreneurship in a tangible way, at a time when recent figures from Statbel highlight the importance of a smooth and accessible startup process for new entrepreneurs.

This measure is part of ING’s broader commitment to supporting aspiring entrepreneurs from the very beginning: not only financially, but also with the administrative process involved in starting a business. Thanks to a closer integration with the business counters, starting entrepreneurs can now open a professional ING account more quickly and easily as part of their startup process.

Reimbursement of mandatory startup costs

Anyone who wants to start a business in Belgium is required to register with the KBO. ING is now covering this initial cost in full.

  • ING will reimburse the CBE registration fee of 111.50 euro[1]
  • The promotion is valid until 31 December 2026
  • The refund[2] applies to starting entrepreneurs who:
    • Open a professional ING current account
    • Register their business via a participating business counter
  • Request the cashback using the form on our website: ing.be/starters-cashback

Collaboration with accredited business counters

For the registration, ING works with a number of accredited business counters in Belgium that assist new entrepreneurs with the administrative formalities involved in starting their business. These include: Acerta, Partena Professional, Liantis, Xerius, Securex, and Group S.

Thanks to this collaboration, entrepreneurs can rely on a smooth start-up process, supported by experts familiar with the Belgian business environment.

With this approach, ING reaffirms its role as a partner for entrepreneurs by removing barriers and actively working together within the Belgian entrepreneurial ecosystem.
