Name change for ING Life, Non-Life and Investment Management has no impact on ING Belgium services

As a universal direct bank, ING Belgium offers its customers a wide range of products and services via different channels, such as investment solutions (e.g. investment funds) and insurance.

As a universal direct bank, ING Belgium offers its customers a wide range of products and services via different channels, such as investment solutions (e.g. investment funds) and insurance. This style of service provision and the name ING Belgium remain unchanged, even now that ING Life Belgium, ING Non-Life Belgium and ING Investment Management Belgium have officially changed their name and have become NN Insurance Services Belgium and NN Investment Partners Belgium respectively.

Under the 'open guided architecture' framework, ING Belgium offers its customers investment funds from various and carefully selected asset managers. The ING Core Fund, for example, contains funds that are selected from a range of five reputable third-party asset management firms. Some of them were recently winners at the Morningstar Fund Awards and the De Tijd/L'Echo Fund Awards. The awards also mean that our investors are winners. Since 1 January 2015, the ING Core Fund has achieved returns of 13.21%.

ING Belgium wants to give its customers the possibility to choose from the best offers on the market and is working with various partners to do so, including NN. Our cooperation with these valued partners will also continue in the future. For ING Belgium's customers there will be no change: they will still be able to come to their bank for insurance and investment products, such as e.g. funds.
