ING kicks off Veggie Thursday!

ING launched the Veggie Thursday initiative at the end of February 2014. In collaboration with the non-profit organisation EVA (Ethisch Vegetaristisch Alternatief), the Bank’s aim is to encourage employees to opt for a vegetarian meal on Thursdays in order to contribute to a better environment.

Indeed, studies have shown that globally, the farming of animals was responsible for no less than 18% of greenhouse gas emissions.

So, with the involvement of our employees, together we can do something for the planet
