ING employees coach female entrepreneurs from developing countries

Women in Business Challenge is a joint initiative between the ING Group and the Business in Development (BiD) Network Foundation.
It enables female entrepreneurs from developing countries to take advantage of coaching from an ING employee and to take part in a week of training in the Netherlands – a great opportunity for them to make contacts and to meet potential investors!

Internally, we invited our employees to play an active role in helping these women to develop their business plans. Some 50 members of staff have accepted the challenge!
