ING Belgium first to bring Visa Infinite Consumer Credit to Belgium, integrated in ING Max Pack
Following the launch of its four lifestyle‑based Packs, ING Belgium takes the next step in reshaping everyday banking with the introduction of Visa Infinite. Available within the ING Max Pack, this makes ING Belgium the first bank in Belgium to offer this credit card*. The move follows the launch of its lifestyle‑based Packs and further broadens the range of services available within that structure.
An integrated approach to added services
In an increasingly complex and fast-moving world, consumers are looking for financial tools that simplify everyday experiences while offering greater confidence when they spend, travel or make high value purchases. Visa Infinite addresses this need by combining global acceptance with elevated service, giving cardholders access to a concierge service, built-in protections and seamless payments. For customers who travel frequently or manage busy, international lifestyles, having everything from travel assistance to emergency support in one place helps remove friction and uncertainty from their day-to-day lives.
At the same time, expectations around payments have shifted beyond basic functionality to include experiences, rewards and flexibility tailored to individual lifestyles. Visa Infinite responds to this by bringing together premium benefits across travel, dining and culture, alongside protections that safeguard purchases and journeys. The result is a card that goes beyond transactions, helping consumers get more value from their spending while freeing up time and headspace, so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Delivering unique experiences for Belgian clients
At ING Belgium, these are integrated directly into the ING Max Pack, allowing clients to access them within one single offer. The Pack remains available to all clients, in line with the bank’s approach of offering clear choices that can be adapted over time.
By incorporating Visa Infinite into the ING Max Pack, ING Belgium embeds premium experiences, protections and services into everyday banking, creating greater value for consumers through one clear, lifestyle-based offer.
“Clients expect solutions that go beyond standalone products. They are looking for clarity, relevance and services that fit seamlessly into their lives. By integrating Visa Infinite within the ING Max Pack, we bring together a broad set of services and protection in one clear offer,” says Jan Van Sande, Head of Private Banking at ING Belgium.
“Consumers today are looking for payment experiences that combine convenience with confidence, recognition and access to services that support the way they live, spend and travel. By partnering with ING Belgium to integrate Visa Infinite into the ING Max Pack, we are bringing premium benefits, global acceptance and trusted protections into everyday banking. Together, we are creating more value for Belgian consumers while helping ING Belgium deliver a differentiated, lifestyle-led customer experience from concerts to concierge services, in a way that feels seamless in everyday life,” said Florence Mélique, Group senior vice-president at Visa and Regional managing director for Europe FBL.
